I have to start by saying this is the best place to work ever. I moved to Waterdown in 2020 and really enjoy the mix of small town and city experience this area provides. I’ve lived in various places over the years, including the US and UK. After an adventurous early life, I’m happy to be growing new roots here, not only with this awesome job but also in the community. I have been very active with Village Theatre as an actor and director and am thrilled to be the co-founder of a new production company to help support local, live, in-person performance, called Heart of Play Productions.
I read a ton, a mix of fiction and non-fiction, and have many books and authors I can recommend if you ever are in need. I also enjoy just getting outside for walks and drives. Except in the winter.
“We don’t fully realize this yet, but nearly all of our modern cultural ailments stem from the radical belief that suffering is not a natural part of the human condition and should be eradicated – through science, laws, medicine, lifestyle and even death.” – Katherine Boyle
